How to use Hyaluronidase Solution

step.1 Proportion

Take a bottle of hyaluronidase solution and draw 1ml (2ml or 3ml is fine) and inject it into the bottle with normal saline or lidocaine to fully dissolve the dry powder. Use a 1ml syringe to draw 0.1 (0.2 or 0.3ml) ml of hyaluronidase solution.

Add normal saline or lidocaine to dilute to 1ml and mix well. This 1ml solution contains 150U of lytic enzyme. In this way, 1ml of hyaluronidase solution can basically dissolve 1ml of small molecule hyaluronic acid, but for products with too high cross-linking, the concentration of hyaluronidase solution should be increased, but do not directly use the original solution to dissolve it, the concentration is too high. The specific dosage depends on the need, but the one-time dosage does not exceed 1500u.

The prepared hyaluronidase solution is extremely unstable in aqueous solution and should be prepared immediately before use. The remaining solution can be stored at a temperature below 30 degrees for 2 weeks, but it cannot be reused if there is discoloration or precipitation.

Before using hyaluronidase solution, an allergy test is required.

Skin test method: take a 150u/ml medicinal solution and 0.02ml intradermal injection. If a rash with pseudopodia appears within 5 minutes, it lasts for 20-30 minutes, and there is a sensation of itching, which is positive. However, a one-off erythema in the local area, which is caused by vasodilation, is not positive.

4. Side effects are rare, less than 1/1000 patients report urticaria or angioedema.

5. For any hyaluronidase product, a skin test is recommended before use.

6. Do not use for allergies, and for those allergic to bee venom.

7. Furosemide, epinephrine, benzodiazepines, heparin, and phenytoin are not compatible with drugs; salicylate, cortisone, estrogen, corticotropin, and anti-group drugs can partially weaken the effect of hyaluronidase Enzymatic effect.
